Technical Management

To monitor the maintenance and technical efficiency of vessels as well as to schedule and supervise dry docking.

We conduct all negotiations and assessments having recruited the best-trained and most experienced professionals.

Moreover, we conduct all medical examinations, salary adjustments, insurance coverage and transport for all crew members while updating and educating crew members both on land and at sea in collaboration with the Training Department.
Commercial Management

To negotiate and attain the most profitable charters and other agreements for each vessel depending on market standards at that time.

To follow ship purchases and sales, including various funding procedures and services for ship owners.
Purchasing Management

To regulate provision of all necessary supplies for the crew, ship parts which are of suitable quality and quantity for the vessel’s maintenance, as well as fuel supplies recommended by both the manufacturer and the ship owner as well.
Insurance & Claims Management

To ensure that each vessel is fully insured and all insurance payments are made regularly.

Moreover, to provide professional insurance advice and reach a favorable agreement with any third parties involving ship operation should need arise.
HSQE Management

To implement and maintain a complete management system in accordance with international rules and regulations, while applying methods and procedures which protect vessels from various safety threats.
TRAINING Management
ZEPHMAR and its certified instructors, in the context of lifelong learning, provides seminars and issues certificates of attendance to seamen and companies in the fields of: SAFETY -MARPOL – SECURITY – MLC etc., thus increasing awareness of shipping executives and crews, proving to the insurance companies, inspectors and officials including right ship, the company’s honest intentions to meet such a goal.
